Cancellation Policy

By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or receiving services from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. 1. Services Signature Skin Concierge provides mobile aesthetic services, including neuromodulator treatments (Xeomin®), microneedling, chemical peels, and other cosmetic treatments. Services are performed by a licensed healthcare professional and are subject to consultation & assessment. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if a client is not a suitable candidate for a procedure or if treatment is deemed unsafe. 2. Eligibility Clients must be at least 18 years of age unless otherwise permitted by applicable law and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical history information prior to treatment. 3. Appointments/Mobile Services As a mobile provider, services are performed at a location designated by the client. The treatment area must be: Clean and sanitary Well-lit Free from hazards Accessible and safe for the provider We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment if the location is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for treatment. 4. Deposits/Payments Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon. Deposits may be required to secure appointments. Deposits are applied toward the cost of treatment and may be non-refundable as outlined during booking. Prices are subject to change without notice. 5. Cancellation/No-Show Policy We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Clients who fail to appear for a scheduled appointment may forfeit any deposit and may be charged a no-show fee. 6. Results Disclaimer Individual results vary. Cosmetic treatments are not guaranteed to achieve any specific outcome. Factors including age, skin condition, lifestyle, medical history, and adherence to aftercare instructions may affect results. Before-and-after photos shown on our website or social media are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee similar results. 7. Medical Disclosure Clients acknowledge that all cosmetic procedures carry risks, side effects, and potential complications. Clients are responsible for disclosing all medical conditions, medications, allergies, and previous cosmetic procedures. 8. Refund Policy All services rendered are non-refundable.
